"We have hunted in Colorado for over 30 years
with guides and do-it-yourself hunts on both private property
and National Forest and find the do-it-yourself type of hunt on
private land to be the most fulfilling and productive hunt of
all.
"We are licensed and bonded in the state of
Colorado, but we do not outfit or guide. These are
non-guided, do-it-yourself type hunts. We furnish maps and
contacts for each private land lease. The land owners have
designated a low number of hunters (only 2-8 per season) for
each lease to guarantee a non-crowded, low-pressure hunting
environment.

Accommodations
Our leases offer a wide selection of
accommodations. We have leases with cabins, camping availability
or if you wish a motel stay in the nearest town. The use of
ATV's is permitted and encouraged on all our Deer and Elk
hunting leases.

Colorado Private Ranch Locations
Our private ranches are located in Northwest Colorado on the border of the White River. Roatt,
San Isbal & Grand Mesa National Forest. We now have 15 Private
Ranches we lease to a limited number of hunters per season.
(2-8 per season).
These ranches are located in hunting units 15, 42, 52, 53, 63, 65,
and 741.
